Prices are normally shown either on the web pages or on the "checkout" or "view basket" pages. Some items are not, as they are constantly being reviewed so as to be most competitive whenever possible. Prices are readily given on request and are valid for seven days. Shipping prices will be given seperately on request as these vary depending upon weight, value and destination. All prices are valid for seven days. Any shipping charges given are for U.K. destinations only, please email us for overseas shipping charges prior to purchase. If shipping charges are not given, then U.K. shipping charges are no more than £15 (15 GBP) and usually but not always include insurance.

To request price information, delivery information or to order a product, first look through our pages to find your required item.
Either use the "Add to cart" or "Buy Now" buttons and complete the secure PayPal checkout,
or use one of the many links provided to email us and request your required information. Non UK customers must request shipping charges and VAT free where appropriate prices prior to ordering.
Having received all your required information, inform us of which products you wish to order and how you wish to pay, whether by credit or debit card or by cheque.
If you wish to pay by card but not using the On-Line payment system, we will send you a secure PayPal invoice via email which will have all necessary instructions to complete your payment.
If you wish to pay by cheque and take advantage of the extra 3% discount, we will confirm the address to which you should send your cheque. This method is most commonly used by our existing customers, who can also be eligable for extra discounts. Please note, we have to wait for cheques to clear prior to dispatch of goods!
